Terms of service

The service

DealOS provides software for real-estate brokers: a CRM, inventory tools, calculators, an AI assistant and client share pages. Features may change over time.

Your account and data

Your brokerage owns the data it enters. You are responsible for having permission to store your clients' details and for the accuracy of your listings.

No advice

Calculations, market figures and AI answers are indicative tools for professionals. They are not investment, legal, tax or mortgage advice. Final terms are always those in the signed contract.

Plans and payment

Plans are charged per user for the selected period. Launch prices apply to plans started during the launch period.

Ending the service

You can stop at the end of any period and export your data first. You can request deletion of your account or company from Settings.
