Projects, units, prices and payment plans come from DealOS's own shared catalogue, compiled from developer material. Each page shows when the data was last updated where available. Availability and prices can change without notice.

Your own inventory

Ready and rental listings are entered or imported by your brokerage and are visible only to your company.

DLD data is enrichment

Dubai Land Department transaction and rental data is shown for context only, always with the number of records and the period. A median, benchmark or yield is shown only when it is based on at least 5 records. We never label data as "official" or "verified" unless the source says so.

Calculations

Fees, mortgage, rental and payment-plan figures use editable default rates. Verify them with the DLD, the developer or the bank. Golden Visa information is always indicative. No figure is a promise of return.

No affiliation

DealOS is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or partnered with the Dubai Land Department (DLD), RERA, Bayut, Property Finder or Dubizzle. Portal names appear only because brokers forward their own lead emails to DealOS.

Currencies

Clients pay in AED. Other currencies are shown for convenience using a daily rate (USD fixed at 3.6725); the rate and date are always shown.
