What we store

Account details (name, email, phone), your company's leads, listings, deals, documents and settings, and technical logs. App error reports are stored without personal data.

Who can see it

Only members of your company, according to their role. Agents see their own leads; admins see the company. Client share pages show only the fields the broker selected.

Where it is stored

Data is stored with our cloud provider. Photos and documents are private and opened through short-lived links.

AI

When you use the AI assistant, the relevant records are sent to an AI model to produce the answer. They are not used to train public models by DealOS.

Your rights

You can export your company's data at any time and request deletion of your account or company from Settings. Sign-ins, exports, deletions and role changes are recorded in an audit log.
